Mike Press Wines win Gold

A small winery stole the show at the Adelaide Hills Wine Show on Monday

The buzz after the awards at The Bridgewater Mill was about Mike Press Wines of Lobethal. Mr. Press won trophies and Gold Medals for his 2005 Reserve Shiraz (sold out) and a trophy and Gold for his 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon and completed the sweep when his 2005 Merlot was also judged top of its class.

It is unprecedented for such low priced wines to win the bundle of accolades these wines have accumulated --- two Trophies and seven Gold Medals.
